What I love most about coaching is witnessing real transformation—not just in strength or endurance, but in belief. When someone starts to trust their body, their effort, and their potential… that’s everything.

From shy to confident. From knee pain to squatting pain-free. From step-ups to box jumps. I get to witness the shift, and that’s the best part of this job.

Why HYROX?

I always knew I wanted to be involved in competition, but traditional CrossFit didn’t feel like the right fit. HYROX stood out because it’s inclusive and structured—it challenges athletes and beginners alike, and it meets you where you are.

It’s also fun. It’s a mix of running with structured effort in between. And being based at Carozza, I get to run classes and simulation races in the best gym in Stamford for this format.
